When will I receive my package?

We ship with USPS; Fed Ex and UPS for larger items. All orders may take 1-3 business days to process. From there your package should arrive 2-8 days. If you need your items quicker please email us before placing your order to get a quote for a custom shipping rate.

  

Received incorrect, damaged or missing items

We are sorry for this inconvenience. Incorrect/Damaged/Missing items should be reported within five days from the date the packaged was received. Email us at info@ohyayparty.com with the details of the order and we will try our best to figure out what happen! For a damaged item, please include a photo of the damage item to speed up the claim process. Oh Yay is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail.

 

What is your exchange policy?

Our system does not allow us to initiate exchanges right now. 

 

Oops you forgot something!! Can you change, cancel or add to my order?

We process our orders immediately. Order change, cancellations or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please email us at info@ohyayparty.com and add on the subject line change, cancel or add and your order number immediately and we will see what we can do.

 

Your package tracking says delivered but it never arrived. What should you do?

Local Carriers will sometimes list package as delivered when they arrive in the local facility, in which case, it might actually take two more days for the package to arrive. In the meantime, please do the following:

  • Please check to see if someone else accepted delivery
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Check your mailbox
  • Contact the Carrier

 

Note: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages in transit and we cannot be held responsible for missing packages which have been delivered to the carrier.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Please ensure you that your shipping address is correct before you complete your order. After we ship your order it is too late to make any changes. If packaged is returned by the carrier we can issue a refund for the items or re-ship to the correct address but the customer is liable for the shipping charges

 

Will you share or sell my information with anyone?

Not at all, we will use your information for shipping and to contact you if we have additional questions about your order. We will not share your name, email address or contact information with any third parties unless mandatory by law.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Goggle Pay and PayPal
